India govt promotes pornography ?

February 8th 2008 06:02
Indians both invented pornography and perfiected it as an art form in sculptures and made it part of their culture therefore it is indeed tragic and shockiong that the first preson to get life for Cyber porn is an Indian orthopaedic surgeon. While a lot of hidutva activists will be shocked and take umbrage at the remarks that India promotes pornography and that too in its most vivid form stone sculpture and that the government is an accessory to the crime too under Indian law they should pause and sit back and think and then take a look at Khajurao and Kama Sutra.
Everything which you can download from the net today or view in CDs made in Europe, Thailand or America, from group sex to any other form of sex and how to portray it in a manner best suited for public entertainment is available at Khajurao.

It is obvious from a look at Khajurao structures that they were made to entertain and maybe even live models were used to perform for the public entertainment. Something which is referred to as live shows in Europe and America today.
Indians have also taken to the pornography Industry in the US with a vengeance and are most successful in their careers.
The pornography millionaires of the US have an Indian millionaire in their midst and the pornography queen of hardcore cinema is an Indian Priya Rai who is known both for her perfect face and perfect body. A google search of the net will convince everybody that this assertion is correct. Priya Rai is drawing a lot of hits.
Then lets fo back to Khajurao the US pron industry has perfected the postures and gestures indicated by the sculptures and sources state that this is the basis of their success. So the world owes pornography to India.
All this however promts a question? Is the tourism minister of India then guilty of promoting pornography and can he or she be arrested under Indian law. Remember the law is blind and so is justice. We have to follow it by the letter. Maybe there should be a PIL against promoting Khajurao and Kamasutra unless Indian laws on pronography are changed.
